fixes/changes:
- Screen Saver now hides all screens

Known bugs / annoying / missing things:
- On load the camera is not located to the planned 3d game object and shows user the skybox
- Rota needs more clarity on exactly what week you are enabling.
- Rota enable/disable is a little fiddly.
- Service view needs current track to be thumbs down
- Service view needs serial id to include playlist
- Screen saver close all visual elements

- Remembers last playlist and track played (we used to have this but dropped it for a later version)
