If clients are “spacing appointments,” fix the experience

People are stretching time between visits because money’s tight. You can’t control the economy, but you can increase the emotional payoff per visit. Music boosts perceived value: it turns an appointment into a mini escape. When clients leave feeling like they got a reset, they justify returning sooner. They’ll still be careful, but they’ll prioritise you because you deliver more than the service — you deliver the feeling. And feelings create habits.
