Cancelling your subscription is simply done through the App Store you originally subscribed with. We do not make it any harder than it should be and have always felt when organisations penalise and even punish subscribers when they wish to leave, they make a person unhappy.
We don’t do that.
So, pop over to your App Store, go to your account and look for a link to your existing subscriptions and our subscription will be clearly labelled. Make sure you unsubscribe in advance of the renewal period set out within the App Store terms of payments and you are sorted.
We, of course would be sad to see you leave but we understand business plans change and are very dynamic so we want to be part of that process with you. Good luck and we hope to see you sometime in the future.
